This product is designed for the assembly of high-voltage charging gun harnesses for new energy vehicles, comprising a complete suite of assembly equipment and a production management system.
The entire line incorporates four lifting transfer units, four pallet return lifts, and two transition belt conveyors; the line's operating speed can reach up to 18 meters per minute.
Circulation Modes: 1. Horizontal Left-Right Circulation: Utilizing lifting transfer units and transition belt conveyors, this mode enables fixture pallets to circulate between Line A and Line B. This ensures full utilization of every workstation on the line, thereby significantly boosting efficiency in scenarios involving complex, multi-step assembly processes.
2. Independent Vertical Circulation: Pallet return lifts positioned at both ends of the line facilitate vertical circulation of the fixture pallets. These lifts eliminate the need for manual handling of pallets at the beginning and end of the line—a task previously performed by human operators—resulting in a substantial improvement in production efficiency.
