All equipment and equipment related to paint should be coordinated and debugged. Only after normal operation can be cleaned.

First, check whether the process equipment of each process meets the requirements of coating, and make technical memos for the unreasonable places.

Inform relevant departments in time to make adjustments and modifications to avoid hidden dangers that may affect the quality of painting due to the irrationality of the equipment.

Secondly, check the entire coating line process equipment, and debug each individual process until it can operate normally. Ensure that all process equipment and related pipelines, pumps, valves, etc. are running (working) under water media. Meet the relevant process design requirements.

The equipment in each process is in the water medium, after 12-24 hours of normal online operation. In order to confirm the normal operation of the equipment debugging.

Through the above operations, after confirming that the initial commissioning of the installation is normal, the site can be cleaned up. Remove all mechanical impurities brought in during the installation of production equipment, remove all installation tools and equipment that are not required by the process, and at the same time, emphasize to ensure that the decorative protective layer of the plant and equipment is chemically cured. To ensure that the coating line will not be polluted by the external environment and the release of its own equipment after cleaning and cleaning.

(1) The withstand voltage of the insulating protective layer of the electrophoresis tank is not less than 20,000 volts. (2) The pure water equipment is first debugged to ensure normal water supply.

Water quality requirements: pH=6.5~7.5. K≤10μs/cm

Secondly, clean the water storage tank (tank) until there is no suspended matter in the water in the storage tank. After the pure water is stored for 24 hours, the conductivity change is less than 10%.

(5) Manual cleaning

Manually clean all kinds of mechanical impurities (metal impurities, garbage, dust, etc.) in the tank. Rinse the tank wall with high-pressure tap water, and open the drain valve of each tank to drain the water at the same time. Until the visual inspection is clean.

(6) Circulating tap water cleaning

Fill the tank with tap water, start related pumps and sprays, and open all related valves. Start the circulatory system, and circulate the cleaning operation for 4 hours. Drain the water in the tank and rinse again to remove the residue at the bottom of the tank. After washing with tap water, install the related nozzles.

Among them, clean the tank with pure water before swimming. Clean the tank with pure water after swimming, and use pure water as the medium again. Repeat the cleaning and empty it. Inject at least 1/3 of the tank volume with pure water. Start the cycle and spray cleaning for 2 hours. When measuring the water conductivity K≤50μs/cm, it can be considered as clean, otherwise, after emptying, repeat the above cleaning for 2 hours. Until the conductivity K≤50μs/cm is measured.

(7) Fill the electrophoresis tank and the polar liquid circulation system with tap water, add 1% ammonia, 0.5% ethylene glycol butyl ether, start the cycle for at least 24 hours, and then send the cleaning solution to the UF tank and other electrophoresis storage tanks. . Each storage tank should be filled to ensure that the circulation is at least 24 hours later. Drain the cleaning fluid, rinse it with tap water, open the filter, and replace the filter bag.

(8) Neutralization cleaning solution. (Suitable for cathodic electrophoresis line equipment. Anode electrophoresis line equipment can be exempted)

Fill the electrophoresis tank and polar liquid circulation system with pure water, add about 0.5% acetic acid, and circulate for more than 24 hours. Pump the neutralized cleaning liquid into the UF tank in turn, and the storage tank is cycled for more than 12 hours. Vent and transfer to the feeding system.

(9) Rinse again with pure water. After emptying, rinse with pure water until the sampling conductivity K≤50μs/cm. Among them, the electrophoresis tank polar liquid circulation system is filled with pure water and circulates for at least 4 hours. The cleaning water is then transferred to UF tank and storage tank. Continue to cycle cleaning for more than 4 hours. Measure K≤50μs/cm, otherwise, repeat the cleaning, including the feeding system.

(10) The ultrafiltration system shall be cleaned separately according to the requirements provided by the ultrafiltration equipment supplier.

(11) Use the surface water sample of the last cleaning water to prepare a tank solution (at least 20% of the dilution water) to prepare a sample plate. When the board surface shrinkage hole grade is qualified, the cleaning is approved and completed.
